marina promenade polite staff cleaning service

The location was great. It was near the marina promenade. the staff were polite. They greeted me with juice after my flight. cleaning service was daily.

the gym equipment seemed a little outdated.

weak coffee small pool

i must say, the breakfast wasn't anything special. the same stuff every day, and the fruit didn't taste fresh. the coffee was weak. also, the pool was smaller than it looked in the pictures. there wasn't enough sunbeds, and some days they ran out of towels. it wasn't the relaxing experience i had hoped for at all.

The service was really good. the staff greeted me warmly and handled my luggage efficiently. mehidi, bawan, manik, and anish are to be commended for keeping the room super clean and comfortable. They created a totally stress-free environment. the breakfast included was a highlight, with plentiful fresh options.

amazing stay, was awesome

excellent location friendly staff marina proximity super clean place

i found the location excellent. it had friendly staff. the hotel is close to marina. the room was cleaned daily. ayeshma from housekeeping decorated our room with birthday cards, fresh flowers and fruit plate was gifted. the breakfast staff are very friendly and respectful. the whole place is super clean.

i did notice some need more umbrellas at the swimming pool area. there should be some maintenance on the ones that are already there.
